Boiled: Excellent for cooking — as an alternative or after GongFu infusion. Use 5-10g for 500ml. Simmer on low heat and top up with water as needed. The longer the cooking, the thicker, darker, and sweeter the broth. Leave at least a third of the liquid in the pot and dilute with hot water as many times as you like.

Our Grandma's Cure is a Shoumei white tea, meaning a plucking standard of one bud and two to three leaves from the Fuding DaBaiHao cultivar. This tea comes from Diantou, one of the core white tea production areas in Fuding County, Fujian. We sourced it through a trusted friend based in China, with direct links to some of the best producers in the region.
